About 

I’m Vince Klassen, a photographer based in Victoria, BC. My journey with photography started at age nine and grew into a lifelong passion. After exploring film and video in my early years, I launched my professional photography career in 1991.

Since then, my work has been published nationally and internationally, earning recognition from the Graphic Designers of Canada. Some of my personal projects have even been exhibited and collected by the International Photography Hall of Fame and Museum.

Photography, for me, is about more than just capturing an image—it’s about telling a story and preserving a moment in time. I draw from both classical and contemporary techniques, blending tradition with innovation to create images that resonate.

Studio

At my studio, I use the best tools available to bring creative visions to life. That’s why I trust Hasselblad cameras and lenses—renowned for their exceptional image quality.

Whether in the studio or on location, I have the equipment to handle everything from detailed product shots to large-scale installations. My lighting setups include high-powered strobes, multiple projection systems, and a wide range of light modifiers, all designed to sculpt light exactly as needed.

For ultimate flexibility, I also use the Broncolor ‘Move’ lithium battery flash system, turning any location into a portable studio—ensuring top-tier results wherever the shoot takes place.
